Miroslav Čovilo: We want to make good use of the break
I don’t see a correlation between how well we played in most of the games and the number of points we have grabbed so far, says Pasy midfielder Miro Čovilo.

I dont see a correlation between how well we played in most of the games and the number of points we have grabbed so far, says Pasy midfielder Miro Čovilo.

- Hows the international break going?

- Very well, this week we have had training sessions every day. Were working hard because we want to do everything we can to prepare well for next weeks game at Piast Gliwice. On Monday we needed to take some time to regenerate after the Legia Warszawa clash, then during the next couple of days we played some games during training, we worked on our dynamics. Today is our last day of training as were getting the weekend off.

- The break came in the right time, after two defeats.

- Yeah, Im sure well make good use of it. We want to train hard, improve some of the aspects of our play and learn from our mistakes so that we will be able to do better in the future.

- You picked up your fourth yellow card of the season and served a one-game suspension against Legia so you must be really looking forward to the next game.

- Its true, Im already thinking about the Piast Gliwice clash. Were really hoping to do well this time and grab three points. Its high time to win an away game.

- Cracovia are in the eleventh position after the first half of the regular season. You cannot be satisfied with that.

- I dont see a correlation between how well we played in most of the games and the number of points we have grabbed so far. We should have done better. Even in the last game against Legia we didnt deserve to lose. But we are a team and we will do our best to improve in the upcoming games.

- How is it to be Cracovia top scorer this fall?

- Awesome! (laugh) As we all know scoring goals is a team effort, individual achievements are not that important but, of course, I am happy to have scored a couple of goals.
