Everybody has charged their batteries and is ready for the winter preparation season, says Lennard Sowah. We talked to Lenny about the winter break and getting ready for Lotto Ekstraklasa games in February.

- How do you feel after the break and how were the first two days of training?

- I felt good during the first training sessions. We went home for Christmas so it was really nice to have a few days off and to get to spend some time with our families and get a clear mind. Now we come back fully focused. We put in good work yesterday and today, tomorrow well have a few tests. Everybody has charged their batteries and is ready for the winter preparation season.

- Were you happy to see the team yesterday?

- Yes, of course! It was nice to see my family and friends back home but here at Cracovia we have a job to do and I am happy to be back with the team. Theres a lot of work ahead of us, were ready!

- You must be looking forward to the training camp in Turkey, which starts in two weeks time.

- Thats right. Training camps are always very important. It is good to change your environment from time to time. We will be working there at full capacity to be on top form in February for the second part of the 2017-18 season.
