We are delighted to announce the appointment of Michał Probierz as Cracovias new head coach!
Michał Probierz was born on the 24th of September 1972 in Bytom. He is a former football player - he played as a defender or midfielder. In 260 games in Polish top tier he scored 9 goals. He spent most of his career at Górnik Zabrze, making 181 appearances and scoring 7 goals from 1997 until 2004. His career as a player was ended by a serious cruciate ligament injury.
As a football coach he worked at Polonia Bytom, Widzew Łódź, Jagiellonia Białystok, ŁKS Łódź, Greek side Aris Saloniki, Wisła Kraków, GKS Bełchatów and Lechia Gdańsk. In 2014 he returned to Białystok and coached Jagiellonia to win Polish vicechampionship earlier this June.
Now the 44-year-old has taken charge of Cracovia. Good luck, coach!
