    As the 2015-16 Ekstraklasa season has come to an end, it was time to honour everyone who made it so remarkable. During the annual awards gala Bartosz Kapustka has been named the discovery of the season!

    As the 2015-16 Ekstraklasa season has come to an end, it was time to honour everyone who made it so remarkable. During the annual awards gala Bartosz Kapustka has been named the discovery of the season!

    Three Pasy players and our coach have been shortlisted for this years Ekstraklasa awards. We are very glad to inform you that the talented Bartosz Kapustka, who has been one of our key players this season and emerged as one of Polands top young stars, scooped the Discovery of the Season award! He beat out such players like Patryk Lipski (Ruch Chorzów), Krzysztof Piątek (Zagłębie Lubin), Adam Mójta (Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała) and Jakub Czerwiński (Pogoń Szczecin). Kapi, congratulations!

    Another Cracovia player Mateusz Cetnarski had 13 goals and 11 assists in the 2015-16 season which earned him nominations in two categories - Player and Midfielder of the Season. He didnt claim the top prize as he came in third after Nemanja Nikolić and Rafał Murawski (Pogoń Szczecin) and in the latter category he was second after Rafał Murawski.

    What is more, our former player Deniss Rakels, who during the winter transfer window moved to Reading FC, has been shortlisted for the Forward of the Season award. Thanks to 15 goals he scored in this seasons 20 games he finished fourth in the voting losing to Nemanja Nikolić, Mariusz Stępiński (Ruch Chorzów) and Airam Cabrera (Korona Kielce).

    Last but not least, Jacek Zieliński, who made history with Cracovia as the team earned their place in the Europa League qualifying round, was vying for the Coach of the Season award. He came in third, Piotr Stokowiec (Zagłębie Lubin) was second, while the award was handed to Radoslav Latal (Piast Gliwice).
